The hotel is being developed in 3 phases.
        Phase I, featuring 60 rooms and suites. (May 2009)
        Phase II, adding another 33 rooms and suites. (January 2010)
        Phase III, a new building of 130 additional rooms and suites.

Guests will enjoy a giant swimming pool, cabanas and pool bar, a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, and meeting rooms.

The hotel will provide a complete business center with fax, computer access, internet connections, typing and mail services to accommodate all business needs.

Other amenities will include remote control plasma-t.v., alarm clock, radio, toiletres, free coffee and large bathrooms with plenty of hot water. All water is treated and processed for purity before it is allowed into the hotel or casino.

In this land of perpetual summer, hotel guests will be happy with the wealth of activities offered, where they can do as little as they want, or as much as they can imagine.
